Christine Zigwai Kato (b. 1994, Makurdi, Nigeria) is the last child of three children, born to a father from Kaduna (Zangon Kataf) a retired military officer/Building engineer and a mother from Birnin Kebbi (Fulani) an agriculturist.
She is a Nigeria Artist, Designer, inventor, Counsellor, OAP and a Feminist. She creates innovative Arts and Designs, in the category of Sculptures, clothing’s, Shoes, and statement handbags. She is the Creative Officer of House of Christine Art and Designs.
She is mostly known for her invention The Breast Handbag Design a design which stirred up a lot of controversies globally
Growing up, Christine mostly was in military environment; she was quite shy and reserved: a lover of Music, Nature, Animals, Food, Travel. She felt accustomed to the company of adults. She was always more mature than the other children at school. For some strange reason Christine has always had a hunger for an era she has never known she feels she was supposed to be born in another time and era; the clothes, the music, Television in Black and White everything so pure and innocent.
Christine earned a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Abuja, Nigeria; she has no formal training in Art and Design.

Her designs are quite un-conventional and highly provocative and tell stories; reflection of the society; garnering attention to people about causes that are otherwise forgotten.
